How we choose
Fewer pieces, chosen slowly
Most lighting is sold on how it photographs. We buy on how it behaves: where the light falls, whether the glare is controlled, whether the finish holds up after a year of being switched on and off.
Every piece we carry has to work in an ordinary room, not a styled one. If it only looks good empty, it does not make the range.
