Cancellation Policy

At Koenigliving, we aim to process orders quickly and efficiently. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Order Cancellations

Orders are sent to our warehouse or fulfillment partner shortly after they are placed.

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing maburgstore@gmail.com with your order number and the word “Cancel” in the subject line.

A cancellation request is not guaranteed. If your order has already entered fulfillment or has been shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel it, except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation Fee

If Koenigliving approves a cancellation, the cancelled order may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee, where permitted by applicable law.

This fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment processing, order handling, and fulfillment costs already incurred.

The fee does not apply when Koenigliving cancels your order or where prohibited by applicable law.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled under this policy.

If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may refer to our Refund & Return Policy once the order has arrived.

Returned items must meet the conditions listed in our Refund & Return Policy, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Changes to an Order

If you need to change your shipping address, size, color, product, or quantity, please contact us at maburgstore@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

We may be able to make changes before the order enters fulfillment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we cannot guarantee any changes.

Cancellations by Koenigliving

In rare cases, Koenigliving may need to cancel an order. This may happen if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, order details appear incorrect, or fulfillment is not possible.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method, without a cancellation fee.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 10 business days after cancellation approval for the refund to be processed, or sooner where required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
